The first page of my comic without colors. I’m having a bitch of a time figuring out how to do all that… But with some help from Caldwell, I know in my heart of hearts I’ll figure it out.
If you all have any suggestions let me know! This is kind of a work in progress before I set up an individual site for the whole thing. So I’m always open!
A delicious sneak peek at the 1st page of the mysterious comic!
I’ve laid down basic inks on it, and It’s almost ready for the prime time. My plan is to post it Monday. It’s going to take me until then to make some artistic decisions. But then It’s on to page 2. I hope to put them out at least 1 page a week. Just FYI.
My room in the new apartment is accessed via staircase.
I’ve decided every morning shall begin with a formal decree, and my roommates will be known as Serf 1 and Serf 2.
I expect to be kicked out by Labor Day.
I’ve already started searching for a new roommate.

I finished all my pencils! Now all I have to do is ink and you will all have 6 pages of goodness!
Should I pencil everything and once that’s done ink it all? Or should I complete each page one at a time (like pencil page 1 then ink page 1) etc?
Comic Update:
Like I said yesterday. I was drawing/plotting all day yesterday. This is where I stand. I’ve wrote out the script, then I drew rough sketches to layout the panels. After completing these rough sketches, I laid out my panels in photoshop so I could then print them out.
Pictured above are the printed out blank panels, which I will now draw all my pencils. I decided to pencil in real life pencil, because it gives me a much better sense of space relative to the page I’m working on (as well as just all around in general).
I’ve got 6 pages (plus maybe a cover) = 36 panels (plus a cover). to pencil ink and get down with my bad self.
I’ll let you all know how it goes.

I like them better than the movie (obvs).
Today I’m drawing comics.
